Enjoy a curated selection of premium Australian wines and local cheeses on Sunset Terrace and embark on a journey throughout Australia’s premier wine regions. Tours are held at 3pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Paddock Picnic Hamper
Order a bespoke picnic hamper to enjoy on the grounds of the estate or to sustain you whilst exploring the national park on a scenic bushwalk. Our Executive Chef has curated a selection of fresh, seasonal produce, cheese and cured meats and sandwiches.

Cocktail Masterclass
Join us for a fun-filled demonstration and interactive cocktail masterclass! Three bespoke cocktail creations to twist & shake (… and consume). Tours are held at 3.30pm Wednesday to Sunday. Bookings limited – get in early to avoid disappointment.

Kitchen Garden Tour
Discover the ethos behind our signature onsite restaurant The Paddock with our Head Chef. Tours are held daily at 4.30pm.
