CHECK IN is from 2pm. Early arrival requests are not guaranteed but on a request basis only via [email protected]. Should you wish to guarantee an early arrival time, the room will need to be pre-registered from the night prior and will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate, subject to room availability. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us on the morning of your arrival so we can arrange an out of hours arrival.   CHECK OUT is prior to 10AM. Late departures up to 8pm are possible at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. For late departures after 8pm, the full daily contracted room rate will apply. Late departures are subject to availability.

We love animals great and small (especially the horses, koalas, wallabies and cows that reside on Beechmont Estate farm). However, pets are not permitted on the property. If you have an assistance dog or wish to discuss your circumstances with our team, please email [email protected]

Beechmont Estate welcomes children in our Luxury Pavilion and Owner’s Residence room types as well as in The Paddock restaurant. Infants are classified as under two years of age and accommodated for in a portacot. Children are classified as 3 – 17 years of age. Special children’s menus are available on request.

Any cancellations made 15+ days or more prior to arrival; no cancellation fees apply - Any cancellations made 14 – 0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancellation fee applies. - No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures - All cancellations or reductions in the daily number of reserved rooms must be received in writing - All Visa / MasterCard / AMEX transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation

Should travel restrictions be implemented by the government and travel across borders or intrastate be restricted, any booking cancellations or amendments made between 30 days and 4 days prior to arrival will be given a 12-month travel credit to use at the same retreat. If a cancellation or amendment is received within 72 hours prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. We do recommend travel insurance is taken by our guests for all retreat stays.

Please note there is no swimming pool available to guests at Beechmont Estate. However, there are a number of swimming holes and waterfalls close by in Lamington National Park.

Our Beechmont Cabins, Accessible Beechmont Cabin and Hinterland View Cabins cater for a maximum of two adults, our Luxury Pavilions sleep up to three guests and The Owners' Residence hosts up to eight guests.

Water is safe to drink straight from the tap. The retreat has over 600,000 litres of water storage onsite, with all water used being harvested rainwater

There is no minimum night stay to reservations made over weekends (Friday and Saturday nights). Minimum three (3) night stay applies to reservations made over long weekends, Easter and Festive Season dates.

The Estate offers wheelchair friendly access to The Paddock restaurant as well as accessible bathrooms. Wheelchair accessible transportation is provided between accommodation and The Paddock restaurant. An Accessible King Farm Cabin is available and specially equipped for wheelchair access and convenience. Please select this room type upon booking.

Plentiful outdoor parking is available outside The Paddock restaurant where our reception is located, including two electric vehicle chargers. Our friendly team will take you and your luggage to your room upon check-in. Undercover parking is not available. To avoid guest disturbance no parking is permitted beside our cabins.

The two-hatted Paddock restaurant is open for in-house guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are also available for lunch and dinner for day visitors.  However, we are a gated and remote boutique property, so bookings are essential. Please contact our friendly team on [email protected] to check availability and to receive your access code for the front gates. Lunch – 12pm to 3.30pm (seated by 2.30pm), Thursday to Sunday Dinner – 5.30pm to late (seated by 8pm), Wednesday to Sunday

We’re all about making sure you’re well-fed and happy so let us know if there are any dietary requirements we need to make note of when making a reservation at The Paddock or lodge.

Turn right at the roundabout at the Headmaster’s Cafe (Old School) onto Binna Burra Road. From Gold Coast (Coolangatta Airport) Travel north along the Pacific Motorway (M1), take the Nerang exit and follow the signs to Beechmont at the top of the range. Drive straight through the roundabout at the Headmaster’s Cafe (Old School) onto Binna Burra Road.   Transfers Making a day of it? Beechmont Estate is 100% smoke-free including all cabins and pavilions, on decks and all public spaces. We ask those who smoke to be a minimum of three metres from the outside of the guests rooms and The Paddock restaurant at all times. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty.
