Choosing a venue for our special day was a daunting thought at first, however from the moment we drove through the gates at Beechmont Estate we knew this was more than just a picturesque location, it was everything we wanted and more.
Beechmont Estate captured our hearts instantly. The reception hall, nestled among rolling hills, created the most idyllic setting for our celebration and the natural beauty of the estate added a touch of rustic charm. From the sunkissed ceremony to the elegant reception inside the beautifully adorned reception hall, every moment was exactly as we had envisioned. The paddock to plate cuisine was a delicious ode to local flavors, and has received rave reviews from all of our guests, who agreed it was some of the best food they have ever eaten!
What truly made our experience exceptional was the unparalleled hospitality and dedication you and the team showed, not only on the day but throughout the entire process. From accommodating all of our requests to offering invaluable guidance throughout the planning process, your support was unwavering. The genuine care and enthusiasm you showed for making our day perfect was felt in every detail.

I used to be sceptical when people said their wedding day was the best day of their lives, but now I certainly get it! Our day at Beechmont Estate was nothing short of amazing. It was the perfect place to tie the knot, surrounded by all our favourite people in the world.
The team were an absolute dream to work with during the planning process. Your guidance made everything so smooth, and we’re truly grateful for your expertise and a huge shout out to everyone who took the reins in the months leading up to the big day. You ensured that everything was perfect and genuinely made us feel special.

Hi Estate Team,
We just wanted to personally thank you all for making our wedding day so special and perfect.
You all were such a massive support over the last few years with the postponement and the elopement! You really took the stress out of all the changes and we could really rely on you all – which was such a blessing and something we definitely didn’t take for granted.
Lina – you were beyond organised, but also so caring and the level of detail you have for your work is so commendable. You honestly felt like a friend on the day. Thank you for calming my nerves and putting up with my stress.
Chelsea – you’re such a kind person, and that really shines through with how you treat all the guests. You are such a genuine person who really cares, and that didn’t go unnoticed.
The whole team were just so lovely and hospitable. We are so grateful and feel so blessed that we were able to get married at the Estate. We have received so many compliments on the food, with multiple people saying it’s the best pork they’ve had in their lives!!! We agree!!
I could never thank you enough for making our wedding dreams come true! Nothing was too hard for any of you. You all were an absolute joy to plan the wedding with. We wish you all every happiness and blessings!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at the Estate on 22/4/22. We were in love with the property from the moment we arrived. The dining area, cabins and pavilions are second to none – and the food is absolutely divine! Most impressive of all, aside from the attention to the smallest of detail, is the staff, who could not have been more accommodating. A special thanks to Tom (the manager) and Lina (the events coordinator), in whose very capable hands we placed our trust and they did not disappoint. In fact, they far exceeded our expectations on every level.
Five stars falls a long way short of illustrating the magic that is the Estate. It is simply heaven on earth! Thank you for the most memorable time. We will definitely be back.

When we first arrived at the Estate to enjoy lunch and meet the team we knew we had found our wedding venue. We wanted a place of serene beauty that allowed an all in one experience for our guests, to provide them with our ceremony, exceptional reception and serene accommodation, as well as a breakfast all together the next morning. The team at the lodge were incredible and nothing was too much trouble. Our guests are already looking to stay again and we will definitely be back often to revisit what was a perfect day in every way.

We just wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for being absolutely incredible for our special day on Sunday. Ever since we first came to have lunch on your opening day, we knew that the Estate was the venue we needed to move our wedding to to have a Queensland wedding. Since then, no call or e-mail has been to difficult, and you have been there to guide us along the way in what was a stressful 8 week turn around!
On the day your professionalism, attention to detail and care shone through in all aspects including; moving umbrellas to keep our guests dry in the unexpected rain during the ceremony, getting canapes ready for us to have on the buggy, co-ordinating the sparkler lighting for our first dance and ensuring we were never without a drink to toast. Whilst the rain threw timings off, you ensured the day still held smooth transitions with a focus that every detail would still be met. Our guests loved the experience at the property including the delicious food for both reception and breakfast (some are still talking about the san choy bau!), the stunning views and the attentive staff.
Thank you for not only making our special day finally happen but all that we had dreamed of! We cannot wait to come back and stay on our anniversary in the future!
